The consumption of alcohol is permitted for after-hour events at certain City facilities. Special policies apply. Please see the Facility Reservation Policy for detailed information. Summary of requirements: A $500 staging fee is required at time of booking, TABC-Licensed Vendor to serve alcohol, Insurance with City of Coppell as Additional Insured, and Coppell Police officers present.
If yes. applicant must submit proof of company's insurance with the City of Coppell named as "additionally insured" for a minimum of one million dollars. The document must contain the Endorsement page, which is the second page of the insurance document. This document must be submitted 2 days prior to the rental or the permit may be subject to cancellation.
The information requested on the Coppell Senior & Community Center Rental Request will be used to determine approval for your rental request. Submitting an application request DOES NOT guarantee approval. Your request is NOT finalized until you have submitted the completed application and paid all associated fees. Additional information, documentation, permits and fees may be required based on requested activities. Equipment/Vendor Requests are not permitted on site until requested information, documentation, permits, liability insurance/endorsements have been submitted and approved.
By signing below, you are agreeing to adhere to the rules outlined in the Rental Guidelines/General Park Rules/Code of Ordinances/State Laws. You understand that failure to comply may result in denial of any subsequent use of facilities and/or termination of the rental agreement. You also understand that Coppell Parks and Recreation reserves the right to terminate a rental during the activity if conditions so warrant.
