All City of Coppell facilities, with the exception of The CORE, are closed to the public through Saturday, February 20. The CORE is open to residents without water who wish to utilize the showers and locker room facilities from 6 am - 8 pm on Sunday, February 21. The City of Coppell will have bottled water available for distribution at The CORE from 10 am - 4 pm on Sunday, February 21, while supplies last. Learn more. 

How to contact the City: On Sunday, February 21, the City's main line, 972-462-0022, will be answered by staff from 8 am – 5 pm. Beginning on Monday, February 22, this number will be answered by Town Center staff during normal business hours only. Residents in need of water shut off can call Coppell Public Works 24/7 at 972-462-5150. Additionally, residents can call the non-emergency line at 469-289-3270. In the event of an emergency, call 911

The City of Coppell will resume current operating hours and procedures on Monday, February 22. Many City of Coppell facilities are currently closed to the public or open with restrictions in place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Please contact the facility directly or call the CIty's main line at 972-462-0022 for more information. 

Trash & Recycling Service

Residential service is expected to resume on Monday. For more information, please contact Republic Services at 972-492-3888. Republic staff is aware of the additional waste that has accumulated due to weather-related service interruptions and will be working diligently to get everything removed as soon as possible. Please place your carts and additional bagged waste at your normal collection point by 7 am on Monday and leave them out until they are collected. Republic will work to remove all waste by Monday, but they may be unable to do so. Don’t worry, Republic WILL make it to your neighborhood this week. Thank you for your patience and understanding! The CORE

The CORE is open to residents without water who wish to utilize the showers and locker room facilities from 6 am - 8 pm on Sunday, February 21. The City of Coppell will have bottled water available for distribution at The CORE from 10 am - 4 pm on Sunday, February 21, while supplies last. Learn more.

Wagon Wheel Tennis Center

Wagon Wheel Tennis Center will reopen on Sunday, February 21, with regular operating hours (1 pm - 6 pm). Reservations and limited walk-up play will be available. Some normal operations may be temporarily altered.

Covid-19 Vaccination Operations

Dallas County’s Fair Park vaccine operations will resume on Sunday, February 21 from 1-6 pm. Dallas County will be providing second doses to those who were due for their second dose on or before Friday, February 12. If you last name starts with the letters A-M, the County asks that you arrive between 1 – 3:30 pm on Sunday. If your last name starts with the letters N-Z, please arrive between 3:30 – 6 pm.

On Monday, February 22, Fair Park will be open from 8 am – 5 pm and providing second doses to those due on or before Saturday, February 13. For those arriving on Monday, please plan to come around the same time you received your first dose.
