Activities

Enjoy a variety of crafts and interactive demonstrations at various vendor booths including a composting demonstration with Compost Carpool, craft kits from Thistle, plant sales with the Coppell Community Garden and Coppell Middle School East Sustainability Club.

Biodiversity Education Center staff will also be taking Earthfest out onto the trails! Event attendees can discover more about the three habitats located within Coppell Nature Park by visiting learning stations along the trails (PDF).





Parking Information

Parking will be available at Wagon Wheel Park, located at 345 Freeport Parkway. The Biodiversity Education Center is located in the northwest corner of the parking lot.

Wagon Wheel Park is located on Freeport Parkway, south of Sandy Lake Road and north of Bethel Road.

COVID-19 Protocols

Coppell Parks & Recreation measures in place to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 will be in effect at the event, including:

  • Masks are encouraged to be worn at all times by event attendees. All event staff and vendors are required to wear masks.
  • Please maintain a safe social distance of 6ft apart from other groups at the event and in foot traffic areas, in accordance with CDC guidelines.
  • Automatic hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. Please use these stations as often as needed.
