The CORE features a 3,300 square foot fitness room that offers cardiovascular and strength training equipment.
Group Exercise Classes
Live Virtual and In-Person group exercise classes are available. View the current class list.
- In-Person Classes are available to Members and Non-Members. Pre-registration is not required.
- Virtual classes are currently for Members only. Members receive a weekly email with class information and registration information. For more information, call the facility during the week at 972-304-7077.

Complete the Personal Training and Private Exercise Instruction form prior to your first appointment. Pay online by selecting the package you would like or in-person at the front desk at The CORE.

Kate
Fitness Philosophy
Kate wants to help her clients achieve their health and fitness goals by helping them build a strong foundation with form, technique, and knowledge. She has been involved in fitness since she was younger. She trains all ages, from teens to older adults. She is very passionate about teaching clients the importance of not only physical health but also mental health through fitness.
Sharon
Fitness Philosophy
Sharon is passionate about training and helping clients improve their quality of life by teaching them the importance of fitness. She trains all age groups from teens to senior citizens and creates fun personalized workouts. Sharon has been an ACE certified personal trainer since 1997 and a licensed massage therapist since 2004. She instructs the following classes: Core Flex, Spin / Barre, TRX, Barre Above, HIIT / Cardio & Strength.
Accessible Programming
The City of Coppell acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Thus, in order to assist individuals with disabilities who require special services (i.e. adaptations or modifications) for participation in or access to the City of Coppell sponsored work out classes and recreational activities, the City requests that individuals makes requests for these services seventy-two (72) hours – three (3) business days ahead of the scheduled work out class or activity.
