Rental Applications Now Available
Want to host your event at a park pavilion? Fill out a Pavilion Rental Application or Community Special Event Application. Staff is available to answer questions via email or by phone at 972-462-5100.
Helpful Information
- Please allow 3 business days to process your application.
- Please submit your application 7 business days (minimum) prior to the actual event date. This amount of time is required before your event date can be confirmed.
- Pavilion rentals requesting Special Activities (see Pavilion Rental Guidelines) require a minimum of fourteen (14) business days prior to the requested rental date to process.
- You may be required to submit specific insurance for your event (administrative processing fees apply).
- Permit, application, and other fees may apply.
- All events hosted in a City of Coppell park must observe the lightning detection system if one is present in the park you have reserved.
Community Special Events
Some events at a park or shelter may require a Community Special Event Permit. A community event (or private special event) is an organized activity such as a walk, run, festival, or other gathering hosted by a third party (not Coppell Community Experiences) on parkland for public or private entertainment that requires the general or exclusive use of one or more park facilities or features.
