South Haven is a neighborhood located southeast of Coppell city limits at the intersection of E. Belt Line Rd. and S. Northlake Rd., near North Lake, and the Cypress Waters development. While South Haven residents share a ZIP code and school district with the City of Coppell, all 105 single family residences are within the city limits of Irving. Those residing in South Haven receive all services including public safety, water, and trash and recycling from the City of Irving. Other amenities for South Haven residents such as parks and recreation and library are also accessed through the City of Irving.

Coppell Library Cards for Non-resident Students
Non-resident children or adults, who attend or are employed by CISD schools are eligible for a free, limited-use library card from Coppell’s public library, Cozby Library and Community Commons. CISD card holders may check out up to five items, which does not include DVDs/Blu-rays.
