As Fire Chief for the City of Coppell, Kevin Richardson is the head Executive Officer and Director of the Emergency Management Division, Building Inspections and Code Enforcement Department, as well as the Fire Department. Chief Richardson began his public safety career in 1988, joined the Coppell Fire Department in 1992 and progressed through the ranks as firefighter, paramedic, engineer, captain, and battalion chief before being promoted to the position of Fire Chief in May 2006.
