The Coppell Senior and Community Center at Grapevine Springs will open with a fitness room, activity room, arts and crafts room, a fully functional kitchen, meeting space, multi-purpose room, game room, and outside trails. A commons area will provide an excellent setting for people to socialize, play cards, read a book, access computers or just relax and enjoy the view of Grapevine Springs Park.
Landscaping
Several plant materials have been introduced into the plan in an attempt to compliment the existing site landscaping. Many trees are being saved and the added plant material will compliment and duplicate on-site species. Pedestrian trails being proposed are composed of crushed granite, complimenting the existing trail system. Ninety-one percent of the site is devoted to landscaping.
