  • Plaza Music Series Returns this March!

    Gather your family and friends, picnic baskets and chairs and join us for a concert in the Plaza!  The City of Coppell is pleased to announce the lineup of Plaza music this Spring, featuring popular Beatles tribute band, Me & My Monkey, and 4ever Young and the Reflections, covering oldies rock ‘n’ roll favorites! 
  • Trail Stabilization and Pedestrian Bridge
    Project to Begin in March

    In February 2015, the Coppell City Council awarded a construction contract for Andy Brown East Erosion/Trail Stabilization and Levee Pedestrian Bridge project, to Core Construction. The project consists of the installation of sea walls and trail stabilization around the lake edge for the lake located on the East side of Moore Road Park. Read more...
  • New Mulch Installed at Playgrounds

    UPDATE: The playground mulch that was scheduled to be installed Monday and Tuesday of this week has been rescheduled due to weather. On Thursday, February, 26th, a new mulch surface will be installed at Magnolia, Hunterwood, and Riverchase playgrounds. New Mulch will be installed at Andy Brown West and Kid Country playgrounds on Friday, February 27th. Parts or all of the playgrounds will be temporarily closed for safety and the areas will be dusty.   • Public Workshop on Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan

    The City of Coppell is seeking input regarding the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.  A public workshop was held Wed., Feb. 11 at Town Center where about 90 people showed and provided valuable input.  For those who  missed the meeting, another opportunity to provide input is available via an online survey. 
  • Coppell Farmers Market Winter Schedule

    The Coppell Farmers Market is pleased to announce that the market will be operating throughout the winter months and, by popular demand, even two times during December for the first time!

  • Parks and Recreation New Registration System!

    Parks and Recreation has a new registration process! Beginning in Summer of 2014, all users will need to create a new account in our new ActiveNet System. This new program will help improve all aspects of our services to you!  ActiveNet is a comprehensive membership and program management system which will help our staff serve you in the best way possible.
