  • Municipal Election Early Voting begins April 28.

    Early Voting is scheduled to begin April 28 for the May Coppell Municipal Officers Election.  Council places 1, 3, 5 and 7 are on the ballot. Early voting for voters registered in either Dallas or Denton County may vote at Town Center, 255 E. Parkway Blvd., or any early voting location within the county in which they are registered. Voters are required to present an approved form of photo identification to vote in all Texas elections. 
  • Taking Back Unwanted Prescription Drugs - April 26

    The Coppell Police Department will participate in the national DrugTake-Back program on Saturday, April 26 from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Coppell Police Department, 130 Town Center Blvd., in the north parking lot. National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day provides a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.
  • William T. Cozby Public Library Conducting Online Survey

    From April 1, 2014 to April 21, 2014 Coppell’s William T. Cozby Public Library will be conducting an online survey to find out how patrons use the library’s computers and Internet connection and how this service has made a positive impact on their lives. This information will help the library improve its technology services and communicate the value of providing free access to computers and the Internet within the community. The Impact Survey is anonymous, available in English and Spanish, and takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
  • Citizen's Fire Academy

    Get an insider's view of the Coppell Fire Department by enrolling in the Coppell Citizen's Fire Academy (CFA). This free educational program provides Coppell citizens with safety training that can be utilized both at home and in the workplace.
  • Annual Budget Process Underway - Service Organizations Asked to Submit Applications

    Part of the City's annual budget process is the consideration of different service and arts organizations that might potentially receive support from the City. For all interested organizations, an application requesting support must be completed and returned to Cayce Lay by 5:00 pm on Wednesday April 30, 2014. Organizations receiving support will be informed of this decision after the 2014-2015 Annual Budget is adopted in September.

    H2Online, the new addition to the City’s website allows customers to go green and receive paperless statements, and may also now pay online with a credit card without incurring a convenience fee. 
  • Teen Leadership Coppell Applications Available

    Enrollment for the next Teen Leadership Coppell is underway.  The mission of TLC is to provide leadership training through knowledge and skills, motivation, and collaboration to prepare youth for everyday contributions as current and future citizen leaders.
